Keep in mind with wax melts there is a risk of melting depending on how long it sits in warehouses during transit (espcially during summer months). Unfortunately, we do not have control over how long a package sits before arriving at your home. We strongly recommend that you do not leave your product sitting in your mailbox or on your porch for any amount of time. Please understand we cannot be held reponsible for melting issues.
Regarding returns, as with our other handmade products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products. If you received the wrong item from your order we will be happy exchange it for you, as long as it has not been used or unsealed.
